I got great value for my money, and the room was spacious and cozy. The location was perfect for my business meetings at the nearby universities, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast offerings could be improved with a waffle machine.

I had a pretty solid experience during my business trip! The location is super convenient, right next to the universities, which made meetings a breeze. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I really appreciated the clean and functional bathroom. Plus, the breakfast offered a nice variety of both Chinese and Western dishes, so I never got bored in the mornings!
On the downside, the noise level during the day was a bit of a bother, even on higher floors. I could hear street sounds as if the windows were wide open. the warm water took its sweet time to come, and the setup with the bathtub window felt awkward. Despite these issues, I still had a good stay overall!

I had a decent business trip at this hotel. It’s super close to NYCU and NTHU, which made attending meetings a breeze. The room was spacious and comfy, plus the breakfast offerings were great—lots of variety to keep things interesting. Right outside, there’s a convenience store, and a bakery in the lobby that serves delicious treats, which was a nice little bonus.
That said, it wasn't all sunshine and rainbows. The noise levels during the day were just unbearable; it felt like I was on a busy street with the windows open. I found the warm water to be annoyingly slow, and the shower setup was kind of awkward—tough to avoid flooding the bathroom or dealing with an odd angle. I was hoping for a quieter stay!

Loved our stay during our city trip! The spacious and clean rooms were a great value for the price, with a sofa to relax after a long day exploring. The staff were professional and always ready to help us out in a friendly manner. the location was perfect, with many nearby restaurants to choose from.
Although the hotel had a great location and room amenities, the soundproofing could use some updating. We heard our neighbors all night long and this affected our sleep.

Great location, close to restaurants and shops. the complementary breakfast was diverse and delicious with a great selection of Asian and western dishes. the staff were friendly and helpful.
The room was a bit cramped and the air conditioning was difficult to control. the noise from the nearby street could also be heard, making it difficult to sleep restfully at night.

The location, although not close to Hsinchu attractions, was perfect for me as I was attending a conference at the nearby National Chiao Tung University. The hotel offered a variety of services, such as dry cleaning and housekeeping, which made my stay even more convenient. The staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to assist with any requests I had. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the amenities provided, such as the flat-screen TV and electric kettle, added to the overall comfort of my stay.
In conclusion, I would highly recommend this place to everyone. The Ho Hotel offers a luxurious experience with enhanced comfort and quality services.

We recently stayed at a hotel which had exceptional staff, speaking perfect English and being attentive to all our needs. the hotel was located in a perfect area, just a few minutes drive away from the Hsinchu Science Park and surrounded by numerous shops and restaurants. Our spacious and cozy room had a great view and featured a king size bed, and its bathroom was equipped with a modern heating panel and a heated toilet seat. the diverse breakfast options provided by the hotel were outstanding.
The air conditioning control panel was only in one language, which presented a language barrier.
